In 2009 alone, T-Town PAWS rescued, cared for, and spayed or neutered nearly 700 unwanted animals from our community's shelter - animals who otherwise faced euthanasia for lack or space or time at the shelter. Your donations are greatly needed.
Cottondale Elementary Students Learn About Pets
PAWS in the Classroom
Macy, Zeppelin, and the T-Town PAWS folks taught second graders responsible pet ownership. During the 30 minute program, students interacted with Macy (PAWS' Edu-Pup) and Zeppelin (the Execu-Cat).
Facilitators demonstrated pet handling and discussed humane treatment of animals in one of many PAWS in the Classroom presentations.
